Although it might seem obvious, it’s imperative that the address that you provide for our orders is correct and properly formatted. If you discover after ordering that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us at supportATsuburbangeek.com (with AT replaced by “at”) as soon as possible. If we receive your alert early enough, we may be able to change the address on your order before it’s dispatched, although we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to do so. If the order has already been sent, you will have to wait until the shipment has been returned to our base – that might be in California, USA North Carolina or Latvia, Europe – depending upon where it was sent from. Once you have confirmed your updated address, you will unfortunately be liable for reshipment costs.

When required, it is our legal responsibility to collect State Sales Taxes on orders within the USA. These taxes are imposed by individual state governments and 100% of what we collect is passed on to the relevant State government.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
That’s a little tricky to calculate accurately, because the final result is dependent upon two very separate factors – the time it takes for us to produce your order & your actual delivery time, which depends upon the carrier service that you choose:

NOTE: Sometimes, an order may require being split into two or more different packages and consequently, may not arrive at the same time. Since all of our USA orders have tracking, if part of your order is missing, don’t worry, it should be relatively easy to trace.
WHAT IF MY ORDER GETS LOST IN TRANSIT?
If your order gets lost, we will reship your order, free of charge. We hope you’ll understand that there may be a short, unfortunate delay of the time it takes to be re-delivered.
WHAT IS SUBURBAN GEEK’S RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
Because we are not a bricks & mortar business, we cannot offer a BUYER’S REMORSE option, simply because of the logistics and costs involved in online postage & handling. For that reason, we ask that before ordering, you measure yourself with a measuring tape and then carefully refer to the relevant page’s Size Guide. However, if you have received our product and it’s:
- not what you ordered or
- has been misprinted or
- has been damaged in transit or
- has arrived to you defective in any way
please contact us via supportATsuburbangeek.com (replacing the AT with “@”) with photographic evidence or a short video recording that shows the problem clearly. Once we have accepted responsibility for the problem, we’ll send you a replacement at our expense. In some cases that may require you to return the goods, initially at your expense, but for which you will subsequently be reimbursed.
NOTE 1: Any claims must be submitted within 10 business days (usually 2 weeks) of the product being received.
