Further if you have successfully placed an order for such an incorrectly-priced item, we reserve the right to cancel the order, on the understanding that we will provide a full refund for the item(s), if you so request.
If, for any reason, such as a sudden unavailability of stock, we discover that a successfully placed order cannot be completed, we again reserve the right to limit or cancel the order, on the understanding that we will provide a full refund for the item(s).
In effect, we cannot guarantee that all prices and information on the Suburban Geek website will always be correct and your use of the site should be influenced accordingly.
Inadvertent Overcharging
If you discover that Suburban Geek has overcharged you within 10 working days (2 weeks) of the transaction, we will reimburse you for any funds that are due to, as soon as the mistake has been verified, which will probably be within 48 hours.
Transactions over 10 working days (2 weeks) but less than a year from the transaction date will still be reimbursed, though the process of verification may take up to a week.
Transactions over a year from the transaction date will be deemed VOID and reimbursement will not be considered.
Refusal Of Purchases
Suburban Geek reserves the right to NOT conduct business with any site visitor for our own reasons. Generally, this would be related to Suburban Geek being aware that the potential customer had made derisive or inflammatory comments about Suburban Geek on Social Media – a situation that has yet to occur.
